MULTICOLOR CORPORATION in Batavia, Ohio, just minutes from Anderson Township, is searching for a Warehouse Manager to join our growing team at our largest facility in the world! As Warehouse Manager, you will:

  • Promote, practice, and ensure safety awareness and the proper use of equipment.
  • Build and manage a high performing shipping and receiving team to instill ownership through coaching, performance assessments, and training and development.
  • Prioritize and track departmental tasks to drive on time shipments and delivery.
  • Review raw material orders for new products and customers and place purchase orders for materials and supplies for plant operations.
  • Identify and standardize work procedures with regard to packaging accuracy and integrity.
  • Coordinate and oversee cycle counting activities.
  • Help manage plant budget by controlling labor and overtime, inventory and spend.
  • Promote a culture of relentless pursuit of continuous improvement, development, and problem solving.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and drive, and communicate effectively across all levels of personnel.
  • Develop practices, goals and objectives for department and implement strategies required to ensure success.
  • Provide recommendations to plant manager for improvement and drive timely implementation.
  • Ensure accuracy of all necessary paperwork and reporting metrics.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements


  • Minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related area or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of personnel with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven record of success with continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
