Our Multi-Color Scottsburg, IN facility has a night shift position available immediately in our Shipping & Receiving department.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in loading and unloading supplies and equipment; may operate shrink wrap machine; may assist in routine maintenance of equipment and shipping area
  • Audit shipments, prepare bill of lading, and other related shipping/receiving responsibilities
  • Make inventory adjustments
  • Cycle inventory count of Finished Goods
  • Call trucks for shipments
  • Complete physical inventories of finished goods
  • Complete international shipping documentation
  • Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety and environmental control standards
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Regular and predictable attendance with the ability to work overtime when required
  • 2+ years warehouse, shipping/receiving experience preferred.
  • Ability to accept and adapt to multiple and/or changing priorities
  • Ability to work under stressful or pressure conditions
  • Ability to read, sort, check, count, and verify numbers
  • Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods
  • Knowledge of commercial shipping methods and procedures
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn information systems
  • Comply with all company and safety policies and procedures


While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to:


  • Wear hearing, foot, eye and/or other personal protective equipment while in a manufacturing setting
  • Frequently stand for long periods, walk, stoop, bend, crouch, and kneel
  • Frequently sit, turning head left and right to view 180 degrees behind self
  • Frequently ascend and descend a height of 18 inches from the floor
  • Regularly use hands and fingers to handle, feel, grasp, and reach for items, and use a keyboard to communicate through written means
  • Consistently push or pull objects up to 40 pounds
  • Periodically lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds  
  • Vision abilities include – close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to distinguish color variations, and ability to adjust focus. 
  • Medium to loud noise environment
  • Work flexible/varying schedules and hours as needed 
  • Work overtime as required by workload and customer mandated deadlines
