Job Description


Pick, pack, and ship finished goods for delivery to customers at the Elkton warehouse.


  1. Print pick lists for the daily shipment of goods.
  2. Retrieve goods and prepare for shipment.
  3. Schedule pick up of finished goods (truck load or LTL).
  4. Communicate and coordinate with truck drivers and shipping company personnel.
  5. Maintain physical inventory by recording all inventory movements (via scanning).
  6. Adhere to all safety requirements and help develop new safety procedures.
  7. Fill in for PTO or absenteeism of other Logistics personnel as needed, including offsite.
  8. Working knowledge of ISO quality management systems requirements.
  9. Follow applicable Food Safety policies and procedures.
  10. Acquire and maintain all required shipping training and certifications.
  11. Other duties as assigned to advance the mission of MCC.


    1. Assist with physical inventories as required.
    2. Prepare paper work and ship non production supplies and equipment as required.
    3. Housekeeping – all areas are to be kept neat and orderly.
    4. Train current or new team members on existing or new procedures as required.

Job Requirements


    1. Minimum of High School diploma or GED.
  • A valid driver’s license in his/her state of residence.


  1. Maintain required D.O.T. training and certifications.
  2. Certified to operate required product handling equipment: (Fork Truck, Hand Truck, Spear Truck, etc.)
  3. Tow motor battery change training and ability.
  4. Ability to use, and working knowledge of, personal computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  5. Ability to use, and working knowledge of, shipping company software (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.).
  6. Ability to use, and working knowledge of, office equipment (phones, copiers, fax machines, scanners, etc.).


  1. Ability to manage time and work effectively with minimal supervision.
  2. Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external audiences.
  3. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  4. Highly organized and detail oriented.
  5. Enthusiasm for learning and personal growth.
  6. Good written and verbal communication skills.


  1. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
  2. Ability to see and hear pedestrians, tow motors, and machines in work area.
  3. Ability to get on and off a fork truck continuously throughout the day
  4. Ability to work in non-climate-controlled warehouse (40 F – 100 F)
