Our Warehouse Leads are responsible for:  

Performing the work of our warehouse associates (shipping clerks and material handlers) with added responsibilities related to scheduling, coaching/training, championing a positive culture and participating in the hiring process. Comfort with paperwork and computers is a must.


    • Exhibits a safety-first attitude in all that is done, from proper PPE compliance to keeping the work environment safe and hazard-free.
    • Promotes our safety standards through compliance with our GMP program.

Materials & Receiving:

    • Maintains department database, prepares routine reports, and files shipping/receiving records
    • Operates forklift and other equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, shrink wrap machines, etc.
    • Reviews job ticket for shipping requirements and special instructions and assures that job orders are properly packaged for shipping.
    • Inspects shipments for damages or defects, records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel.
    • Receives and unloads incoming materials and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment; may process return shipments from customers.
    • Sorts, counts, packages, labels, unpacks, and/or logs inventory which is shipped or received.
    • Ensures materials are properly located and maintained following storage procedures, safety, and quality/GMP standards.
    • Assists with boxing orders, shrink wrapping, applying core protectors and/or core tags and preparing paperwork.
    • Performs inventory on a quarterly basis or more frequently as needed.
    • Assists in other areas as required and flexible to work overtime.

 Qualified candidates will:

  • Be DEPENDABLE - Regular and predictable attendance, overtime when required. 12 hour rotating shifts. 
  • Be a TEAM PLAYER - Ability to assist others with machine set‐up, run, and clean up.
  • Be CARING - Pay attention to the details; respect others, and communicate openly.
  • Possess a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • Have warehouse/shipping/receiving experience including ability to operate material handling equipment.
  • Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects.
  • Detailed ability to input data into computer and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency for on‐time completion of assigned activities.
  • Ability to work in the US without company sponsorship.
