Multi-Color Corporation is hiring a Senior Financial Integrations & Systems Analyst!

In this role, you will support the organization of more than 70 global locations with combined revenues over $1.8 billion. And be the internal expert of our internal consolidations tool, Hyperion. 

Primary Responsibilities

The Senior Financial Integrations & Systems Analyst will:

  • Financial Systems Administration
    • Maintain Hyperion system entity structure, dimension library (chart of accounts), and other system-related Operations processes
    • Ability to understand financial information flows from various ERP source systems to Hyperion consolidation system
    • Maintain user security access for all Hyperion applications
    • Oversee support and issue resolution for Hyperion and SAP users
    • Coordinate with IT for Accounting and Finance as issues arise
    • Create new reporting, as required, within Hyperion system
  • Acquisition & Integration
    • Map G/L accounts for newly acquired businesses into Hyperion system and MCC global chart of accounts
    • Assist the Acquisitions Manager with purchase accounting (ASC 805) tasks, as required
    • Lead in training new users on using Hyperion
    • Load and validate historical data for new acquisitions into Hyperion
    • Load and validate historical data—balances and subledgers—into SAP for companies transitioning onto SAP from legacy systems

 

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Experience with SAP and Hyperion preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office and advanced knowledge with Excel, including pivot tables
  • Basic understanding of GAAP and/or financial statement presentation
  • Experience in supporting Accounting close processes
  • Financial consolidations experience within a public company
