Job Description

MULTICOLOR CORPORATION, located in Batavia, Ohio – just minutes from Anderson Township is searching for a SAP Business Analyst to join our growing team!

As part of our Corporate Information Technology team, the SAP Business Analyst is responsible for SAP FICO configuration and production support, working closely with the Finance team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Apply strong knowledge  of the business processes for designing, developing and testing SAP FICO functions.
  • Configure SAP FICO to meet business requirements.
  • Work with users to develop functional specifications for system enhancements or reporting requirements.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices.
  • Provide user support with SAP application related issues. Administer and support application as necessary (login, functionality, reporting, data integrity, interfaces). Maintain support log of issues and requests following Multi-Color service request guidelines.
  • Model the Corporate Values and Principles.

Job Requirements

Computer Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years experience with SAP ERP FICO
  • Above average skills in Microsoft Office

Language Ability:

  • Ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues to "non-technical" users
  • Ability to present ideas clearly to management in order to gain support and buy-in
  • Understand technical issues and terminology

Math Ability:

  • College level math capabilities

Physical Demands: 

  • Travel and move about in offices and plants. Minimal domestic and international travel required. 
  • Demonstrate a professional image.

Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of IT related experience.
  • Rational, logical and fact-driven decision making.
  • High school diploma required; College degree degree preferred.
  • Relate to people at all levels of the organization.
  • Self Directed - Ability to identify critical requirements and act accordingly. Independently prioritize and manage day-to-day priorities.
  • Logical - Advanced ability to analyze complex situations and develop solutions to those situations.
  • Customer Focused – Ability to fulfill customer needs while providing excellent customer service.
