Our Make Ready associates are responsible for:  

  • Verifying the job jacket contains the proper information for each job produced.
  • Retrieving correct print tools and ensuring that critical data matches job information.
  • Operation of Plate Mounting equipment to mount plates to proper cylinder, to ensure a top quality label is printed on press. 
  • Being the "pit-crew" for the press crew! Pre-stage orders on press carts and move carts to outbound staging lanes. 
  • Cleaning and prepping press parts to include pans, anilox rolls, doctor blade/holders and press cassettes.

*Qualified candidates must be able to work day or night shift, 12 hour rotation, and weekends based on schedule assigned*

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Be SAFE - Comply with all company and safety policies and procedures.
  • Be DEPENDABLE - Regular and predictable attendance, overtime when required. 12 hour rotating shifts. 
  • Be a TEAM  PLAYER - Ability to assist others with machine set‐up, run, and clean up.
  • Be CARING - Pay attention to the details; respect others, and communicate openly.
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in the US without company sponsorship required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency for on‐time completion of assigned activities.
  • Ability to work a 12 hour night shift.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in the printing industry and/or manufacturing environment a plus.
  • Steady and proven employment history.
