Our Label Finishing Machine Operators are responsible for:  

  • Producing top quality labels for our amazing and loyal customers.
  • Operating a slitting machine, safely handle slitting blades, splice rolls, and produce finished labels in a productive and efficient manner.
  • Monitoring machine performance (registration, copy, color and other quality parameters) on a regular basis.
  • Viewing labels with assistance of a strobe light.
  • Communicating, planning and delivering on a quick change over as efficiently as possible. 
  • Training and working with work cell team members to hang rolls, prep rolls for slitting, packing finished labels, etc.

*Qualified candidates must be able to work day or night shift, 12 hour rotation, and weekends based on schedule assigned*

Job Requirements


  • Be SAFE - Comply with all company and safety policies and procedures.
  • Be DEPENDABLE - Regular and predictable attendance, overtime when required. 12 hour rotating shifts. 
  • Be a TEAM  PLAYER - Ability to assist others with machine set‐up, run, and clean up.
  • Be CARING - Pay attention to the details; respect others, and communicate openly.
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in the US without company sponsorship required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency for on‐time completion of assigned activities.
  • Ability to work a 12 hour night shift.

Preferred Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience operating a machine (Slitter, Rewinder, CNC machine, brake press, drill press, )
  • Experience in a printing environment a plus.
