Our Customer Service Reps are dedicated account managers servicing some of the world’s most prominent brands. As a member of this team, you will professionally manage the relationship between new and existing customers while partnering with plant and sales teams. With strong attention to detail, you will proactively service customer needs using an intimate knowledge of their business and provide follow-up that exceeds expectations. Additionally, you will continue to expand your technical knowledge through order processing, providing quotations, exploring creative solutions and working cross functionally to ensure quick results and the highest quality of support.

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates will model a customer-focused culture and:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant industry or field; experience in the label printing industry strongly preferred. 
  • Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Exhibit a passion for establishing and building rapport with an interest in learning technical aspects of our products and applications.
  • Be comfortable moving about in the front office and plant.
  • Use customer and production information to deliver rational, logical, and fact-driven decisions in the best interest of the customer and company.
  • Offer strong computer literacy to include a high proficiency with MS Office and customer relationship management systems.
  • Display strong organizational, communication and presentation skills with the ability to multi-task and maintain focus.
  • Demonstrate a high regard for confidentiality with strength in collaborating cross functionally.
  • Possess the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of personnel.
  • Work safely while contributing to the goals and objectives of the organization.
