  • Stage, load, unload, and relocate printed rolls.
  • Assist the operator with the identification of print defects and corrective/preventative measures to eliminate/prevent print defects.
  • Working knowledge of ISO quality management systems requirements.
  • Must follow applicable Food Safety policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned to advance the mission of the Company.


  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the downstairs press area.
  • Assist with all job changes with respect to the downstairs operation.


  • Minimum of High School Diploma. Prior experience with manufacturing preferred.
  • Prior experience in a printing environment/printing press preferred.
  • Must have a valid fork truck certification or capable of being certified.
  • Ability to manage time and work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work with internal and external individuals, demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and personal growth.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.


While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to:
•        Wear hearing, foot, eye and/or other personal protective equipment while in a manufacturing setting
•        Continually stand for prolonged periods; frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, climb and balance; moderate to frequent walking
•        Routinely use hands and fingers to handle, feel, grasp, and manipulate items; use hands and arms to reach for items in and around the press area; occasionally stoop or kneel while reaching
•        Frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds
•        Regularly push or pull objects up to 40 pounds
•        Specific vision abilities include – close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to distinguish color variations, and ability to adjust focus
•        Medium to loud noise environment
•        Work flexible/varying schedules and hours as needed
•        Work overtime as required by workload and customer mandated deadlines
