HR Business Partner

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will work closely with leaders to increase the organizational health of the business.  HRBPs provide leadership in the implementation and execution of human resources related policies and guidelines; organizational design; company culture and employee development. You will be contributing to our sustainable work environment and support the agility of our employees.

As a confidential advisor, you consult with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources related issues and address employee relations issues with a systematic approach.  By being present on the work floor on a daily basis, you make sure your HR stays accessible and approachable. HRBPs participate in company-wide initiatives and programs while meeting the needs of their businesses.  Key skills and abilities of a HRBP include leadership, coaching and consulting, facilitation, influencing, communication, process development, analysis, leading change and problem solving.  By being strongly connected with both employees, as well as with higher management, you are well aware of the daily ins and outs and therefore can proactively work to resolve any issue.

You assist with the orientation and assimilation of new employees and partner with leadership on employee’s personal growth and development. You work closely with leaders to identify each employee’s strengths and growth opportunities. You are able to help leaders define employee’s personal and professional needs and wants and can translate those into Individual Development Plans.

Next to that, you contribute to the start-up and execution of HR projects. This position reports to the HR Manager.
