is hiring Slitter Operators in our York, PA Production  Facility!

Calling all machine operators and production professionals!  Are you ready to step into the high tech world of flexographic printing?  Do you want to become a team member delivering a quality product highly visible in the retail/food/beverage markets and know you had a hand in the process?

What does a Slitter Operator do?

Slitter Operators at our facility operate a machine which slices “slits” a roll of pressure sensitive tape into multiple rolls according to our customer’s specifications.  The rolls of tape are then inspected and shipped to locations required by our customer for the next step in the manufacturing process.

You offer:


•             H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.  Ability to read and write English.


•             Strong attention to detail.  Ability to read, understand and follow directions to the letter.


•             Strong “ruler math” skills; ability to differentiate between 1/8th, 1/32nd, etc.


•             Ability to follow quality and safety requirements in the set up and delivery of slitting operations.


•             Positive attitude, ability to learn and take direction.


•             Physically able to retrieve and cart necessary materials using required equipment to load and unload a slitting machine. (Typically lifting, pulling/pushing 50 lbs.; occasionally 75 lbs.)


•             Solid work experience, strong math skills, dependability and punctuality.


•             Ability and desire to keep work environment safe and hazard-free and follow workplace safety and quality standards.


•             NOTE:  You may be required to work with press operators to view labels with assistance of strobe light (Warning: Strobe lights may trigger epileptic seizures in persons with photosensitive epilepsy)

Our York plant runs 24 hours a day, five days per week on a 3 shift operation.

You may also have:
