Job Description

  • Load and unload rolls of stock to be processed.
  • Machine operation to production targets.
  • Trim material to the proper slit width.
  • Enter production data in the business system and accurately account for the material processed.
  • Properly identify finished product for inventory accuracy.
  • Perform quality check and enter data in the Infinity database.
  • Working knowledge of ISO quality management systems requirements.
  • Must follow applicable Food Safety policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned to advance the mission of Multi-Color Corporation.
  • Identify quality issues and compare to approved standards.
  • Troubleshooting machine problems and make necessary corrections.
  • Cross-train on the other machines and learn various job responsibilities.



  • Minimum of High School Diploma.
  • Able to work 2nd shift.
  • Ability to lift approximately 20 lbs several times during a shift.
  • PIT driving required. Completed training mandatory for operation.



  • Safety conscious around knives, gears, and pinch points.
  • Must adhere to safety requirements regarding PPE.
  • Ability to manage time and work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and personal growth.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use and a working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to use and a working knowledge of office equipment (copiers).
  • Basic SPC knowledge. 


  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Work in a team environment and provide assistance when needed.
  • Ability to crouch and stretch often during a shift (webbing machine).
