Job Description

  • Keep work area clean and safe.
  • Pack and box labels as they are produced.
  • Palletize finished bobbins, identify bobbins and box tags (rework).
  • Verify quality of product through the use of SPC.
  • Keep machine running and maintained.
  • Operate machine when operator is not at machine.
  • Working knowledge of ISO quality management systems requirements.
  • Must follow applicable Food Safety policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned to advance the mission of Multi-Color Corporation.
  • Fill out production reports as needed.
  • Work in rework or rewind areas as needed.
  • Make tickets.
  • Put tickets on boxes.
  • Load skid.
  • Load machine.



  • Ability to manage time and work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work 2nd shift.
  • Able to communicate with co-workers.
  • Capable and willing to learning other processes (cross-train).
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work with internal and external individuals, demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to use and a working knowledge of personal computers.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented.
  • Ability to use and a working knowledge of office equipment (copiers).


  • Ability to lift up to a 30 pound object.
  • Ability to stand/walk 2-4 hours at a time.
